corn kernels

chipotle tabasco sauce
can substitute any hot sauce

Remoulade Dipping Sauce

brining juice from canned jalapenos

Instructions
Brown alligator pieces in skillet with oil.
Mix buttermilk, creamed corn, corn kernels, eggs in large bowl.
Add dry ingredients and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add tabasco and green onion. Mix.
Add alligator pieces, Mix.
We shallow fried in about 1 cup of oil. You can also deep fry.
How to Make Remoulade
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. Serve with Alligator Hush Puppies.
Notes
Best if eaten fresh.
Can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Reheat in oven or toaster oven at 300°F for about 10 minutes.
Do not freeze.
