These Apple Cookies are so delicious! Apple Cookies are drop cookies, the easiest cookie you can make! The inside is soft and chewy and the nuts and apples give them a nice, crispy crunch!
Add sugar and beat until dough is light and fluffy.
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
Add eggs and combine.
2 eggs
Incorporate dry ingredients, just until mixed. Do not overmix.
Mix in chopped apples and nuts by hand.
1 cup apples, chopped, 1 cup nuts, chopped
Place rounded teaspoon piece of dough (or use a small cookie scoop) on parchment paper covered baking sheet. (or place on silicone baking mats)
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
For glaze
Mix powdered sugar with milk or water until lumps disappear. Mix by hand or with a mixer.
2/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 Tablespoon milk or water
Drizzle onto cookies.
