No need to let the dough rise, if using pizza yeast. Once kneaded, dough is done.
Save any additional dough in bags and freeze for another occasion.
For the Pizza
Start the dough in the Bread Machine according to the manufacturer's instructions for "dough only". Make the 4-pizza batch and freeze what you don't need for another day to save you time later.

Notes
IMPORTANT NOTE!! USE EITHER THE 1000 ISLAND DRESSING OR THE TOMATO SAUCE, DEPENDING ON WHAT WE FEEL LIKE ON THAT NIGHT. DON'T USE BOTH SAUCES ON THE SAME PIZZA.The recipe for the dough makes enough dough for 4 12" pies.Pizza crust can be cooked in the oven, in a pizza oven, or directly on the grill, on a pizza stone, or on a grill mat.Leftovers last 3-4 days.Uncooked dough can be frozen, up to 4 months.Tips for yeast dough:You can "bloom" yeast in water or milk and sugar to see if it is still active. The liquid should be very warm. Some yeasts require no blooming.Always check package of yeast for recommended temperature of liquid, different types and brands bloom best at different temps.Don't rush the rising process, if using regular yeast. The dough should be doubled in the pan.Rise the dough in a warm spot, covered with a clean kitchen towel. Turn the oven on low and place the rising dough near the oven exhaust. Not directly under the exhaust but on top of the stove. When using pizza yeast, there is no rising is necessary. Only a rest is required when using Rapid Rise Yeast.
