Use either fresh or frozen blueberries to make this healthy, antioxidant rich, delicious smoothie!

ripe banana

stalk celery

blueberries

cup
cashew milk
or almond, coconut, soy, rice

Instructions
Add banana and celery to blender container. Blend, scraping sides of container a few times.
Add blueberries and blend again.
Add cashew milk and blend until smooth.
Notes
Tip: Freeze bananas that have gone too ripe for your liking to use in baked goods and smoothies!
Optional ingredients to add to this smoothie;
1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
avocado chunks
pineapple chunks
touch of vanilla extract
pinch of cinnamon
protein powder
lemon juice and zest
Banana can be frozen for this recipe.
Serve cold.
