Mix all ingredients together. Chill at least 1 hour.
Garlic Shrimp Shrimp Cocktail
Peel and clean shrimp.
Crush garlic and mince finely.
Heat pan over medium high heat.
Toss shrimp with olive oil and garlic.
Add to pan and saute a couple minutes per side until pink.
Remove from heat. Serve either hot or cold, with cocktail sauce.

This cocktail sauce will last at least 2 weeks, stored in a air tight container, in the refrigerator.Great way to use up your condiments and to save a ton of money!You can adjust the lemon and the horseradish to your palette. Add more, or less, as you like. Goes well with any fish and seafood!
