If you’ve got a ton of peaches, make this easy Peach Sorbet! It is super easy, vegan and the perfect no-guilt end of summer treat! You can make peach sorbet with or without an ice cream maker! No cutting up peaches either!
Halve peaches, puree, with skins on, if desired, peel peaches.
2 cups peaches
Add sweetener and lemon juice to taste. Quantities will depend on the sweetness of your peaches, but you need to use enough sugar to make it creamy, but you can add more, if needed.
¾ cup Sugar, 2 tsp lemon juice, fresh or bottled
If you have an ice cream maker, churn, according to manufacturer's instructions.
If not using an ice cream maker, just freeze for 2-4 hours, depending on desired texture.

***Notes***Using maple syrup, maple sugar, or honey will alter the texture. It may not be as creamy, and the purée may turn to ice. Leave it out of the freezer for 5-10 minutes if this happens and then it will be scoopable again.Don't over-churn or the texture will suffer.Sorbet will last 2 months or so in the freezer.
